Assist the sales team in daily operations, including order processing, tracking, and fulfillment.

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.

Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights on performance metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support) to ensure smooth operations.

Manage and optimize sales processes, identifying areas for improvement.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing sales presentations.

Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.

Assist in training new sales team members on processes, tools, and CRM systems.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

Proven experience in a sales operations or sales support role.

Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in data analysis and reporting.

Familiarity with sales performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, lead times).

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
