Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Quality Control

• Implement and enforce quality standards for incoming materials and finished goods.
• Conduct inspection at various stages of production.
• Generate QC reports, highlight issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Implementation of process capability analysis such as interpreting Cp and Cpk.

Testing

• Independently run tests based on SOPs defined and troubleshoot.
• Develop test modules/procedures to check functionality of assemblies. (E.g. Using Load cells, Dial indicators, LVDTs)

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical/ Production /Mechatronics Engineering.
• 4-8 years of experience in quality control/test role, preferably in robotics, machinery, or precision manufacturing.
• Good understanding of different typesof inspection gauges and their working principles.
• Good understanding of Measurement System Analysis (Gage R&R).
• Good knowledge of interpreting CAD drawings and GD&T.
• Good problem solving and communication skills.
