Job Description

• Install and configure SAP systems and landscapes.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize SAP system performance.
• Manage transport requests and assist with system upgrades.
• Provide technical support for user access and security.
• Perform system backups and recovery planning.
• Conduct routine system health checks and optimization.
• Collaborate with functional teams to resolve SAP-related issues.
• Document processes, configurations, and changes made to the SAP environment.

• Managing SAP installations and system upgrades to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.  
• Monitoring system performance and resolving any issues that arise promptly.  
• Implementing security measures and conducting regular backups to protect sensitive data.  
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support and enhance SAP applications as per business requirements.  
• Providing training and support to end-users to facilitate effective use of SAP systems.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Basis administration and best practices.  
• Experience with system installations, upgrades, and configurations in an SAP environment.  
• Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques.  
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
