This position is to perform virtual MBD simulations in Loads generation domain.

u2219 To build, validate and perform various vehicle dynamics events and correlate with test data.

u2219 To carry out KC, handling and vRLDA correlation analysis

u2219 The engineer must independently handle the project task along with Root cause and debugging studies.

u2219 To generate and validate MNF from FE models using NASTRAN.

Roles Responsibilities:

u2219 Performing durability loads calculations on suspension components, powertrain mounts, suspension to frame/body and axle attachments using

ADAMS/Car

u2219 Building vehicle models and performing KC, full vehicle vRLDA simulations in Adams/Car, Altair MotionView

u2219 Review road load and time history data and validation of calculated loads, test data

u2219 Developing and/or improving analysis models and methods. Makes durability assessments and design recommendations based on data analysis and interpreting simulation

results Work with Design, FEA and Test engineers
