Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Sr Executive with expertise in infrastructure project sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management, infrastructure development, and a proven track record of success in business development and sales from Govt/Main Contractors/Private clients.Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in the infrastructure project sector through market research, networking, and relationship building with potential Major contractor/investor.
  • Develop and implement strategies to win Civil / Structural/ Mechanical work with private clients / Main Contractors
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including clients, consultants, contractors, and government agencies to ensure high-quality service delivery and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, including regular communication with clients and monitoring of project progress.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform business development strategies and tactics.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends.


Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Engineering, or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in business development and sales in the infrastructure project sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management and infrastructure development.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, including lead generation, proposal development, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and respond to client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel (More than 75%).
