Job Description

Position: Senior DevOps Engineer
Location: Remote
Experience: 8-12 Years
Type: Full-Time | SaaS Product | Immediate Joiners Preferred

What You'll Do:

• Define & implement CI/CD, IaC, and observability strategy.
• Build scalable, self-service pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab/GitHub Actions)
• Automate multi-region AWS infrastructure with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
• Implement config management with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• Drive SLOs, performance tuning, and production reliability
• Integrate security checks and support compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)
• Partner with Eng, QA, Product, and Security teams to embed DevOps best practices
  

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years in DevOps/SRE with 3+ in senior/principal roles
• Strong AWS + hands-on automation expertise
• Expert in CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/Pulumi), Docker & Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
• Proficient in scripting (Python/Bash), Linux, networking
• Experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog
• Security-first mindset: IAM, secrets mgmt, compliance frameworks
• Proven track record managing infrastructure at scale & during outages
