- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with health regulations and standards. Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing.
- Valid nursing license and certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (or equivalent) highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a NICU setting.
- Strong clinical assessment skills, critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to care for high-acuity patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
