Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated user experience designer to work on a variety of software product design concepts for our Industry solutions.
In this role you will :
Define end-end user experiences with strong understanding of personas, journey maps and interaction flows, ensuring consistent compliance with design standards.
Conduct or collaborate in research, usability testing, and validation to guide design choices and inform product backlog
Adopt product standards that ensure consistent scalable experiences.
Engage proactively with product managers, engineers, researchers, and user assistance teams to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment.
Engage in user experience testing of developed applications for continuous improvements in user experience.
Transform complex requirements into clear user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups.
Utilize data-driven insights to iteratively refine and elevate user experiences.
Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design practices.
Collaborate effectively within agile environments, ensuring design consistency and quality across all projects.
Able to work independently as we'll as with other designers, and act like a mentor to junior designers
Advocate for user-centric design methodologies to cross functional stakeholders, fostering empathy for the needs and expectations of end users.
What you bring
7-10 years of experience in UX design, preferably in an enterprise software context.
Proven track record of delivering compelling and user-centered design solutions.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma or similar.
Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate design concepts and rationale, self-motivated, creative and yet pragmatic.
Demonstrates maturity & emotional intelligence in global stakeholder handling.
Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
