Role & responsibilities
1. Aware of HR gamut operations for Security Guards Industry/Agency
2. Handle 1000+ Manpower - PF, ESI & Statutory
3. Handle IR & HR grievances with good knowledge in CLRA
4. Handle independently HR & Admin Operation w.r.t. Security Services Industry
5. Handle Manpower data base, compilation and generate PF & ESI challans and aware of EPFO & ESIC Portals thoroughly
6. Liaise with EPFO & ESIC statutory bodies and maintain good relationship
7. Handle CLRA - Form A, B, C & D and update timely Labor Registers and attend audits and meet the requirements duly
8. Guide and Administer the HR Dept
9. Any other tasks assigned by Finance Head, VP & MD
Preferred candidate profile
1. Minimum 4 years experience (preferably in security industry)
2. Handle HR operations & liaison independently
