UI Developer (React.js & Node.js) - PAN India @ HCLTech

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate UI Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, strong UI/UX fundamentals, and experience in building performant, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js and server-side logic using Node.js.
• Implement component lifecycle, state management, React hooks, error handling, and asynchronous programming patterns.
• Create responsive and visually appealing web interfaces using CSS and modern UX styling principles.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and use tools like Cypress for functional tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Optimize application performance with techniques like lazy loading and code splitting.
• Work with GraphQL APIs for efficient data querying (a plus).
• Use Git for version control and collaborate through code reviews and pull requests.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js
• Proficiency in UI Development
• Expertise in CSS and Responsive Design
• Experience in unit and integration testing
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Cypress
• Performance optimization techniques
• Proficiency in Git

Good to Have:

• Experience working with GraphQL APIs
