What's this role about?
We are in search of an exceptional Web Solution Architect with over 10 years of experience to lead our web development endeavors.
Here's how you'll contribute:
- Solution Architecture: Develop and oversee end-to-end architecture solutions for complex web applications, emphasizing scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- RFP Excellence: Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to craft compelling responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs), showcasing your technical prowess.
- Web Technology Mastery: Exhibit proficiency across a wide spectrum of web technologies, including but not limited to Angular, ReactJs, NextJS, VueJS, NUXTJs, NestJS, Mongodb, MySql, NodeJS, ES5/ES6, and TypeScript.
- Microfront Ends Expertise: Lead the design and implementation of microfrontends to enable modular and efficient front-end development.
- Microservices Mastery: Possess the ability to work on microservices using MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js), MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), and MEVN (MongoDB, Express.js, Vue.js, Node.js) stacks, ensuring highly scalable and maintainable architectures.
- Cloud Dominance: Demonstrate deep expertise in cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS, and GCP, leveraging them to create scalable and resilient web solutions.
- Coding Proficiency: Possess the ability to code when necessary, setting the standard for hands-on problem-solving and technical excellence.
- Design Patterns: Employ design patterns effectively to create robust, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
- DevSecOps and Security: Integrate security into DevOps processes, ensuring that security is a fundamental aspect of every development cycle.
- Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs): Define and address non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, and reliability, to guarantee the highest quality web solutions.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Make strategic decisions regarding technology adoption, tooling, and architecture choices to align with long-term business goals.
- Upskilling and Cross-Skilling: Strategize and execute upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives within development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Front End Engineering Practices: Proficiently lead and manage best practices for front-end engineering, ensuring that user interfaces are not only visually appealing but also highly performant and user-friendly.
- Git and Bitbucket: Expertise in version control systems like Git and Bitbucket for efficient code management and collaboration.
- 15 Factor Principles: Apply the 15 Factor Principles for building modern, cloud-native web applications, emphasizing modularity and scalability.
- Saga Patterns and Kafka: Implement Saga Patterns for distributed transactions and possess knowledge of Kafka for event-driven architecture.
- Atomic Design Pattern for Component Architecture: Utilize the Atomic Design Pattern to create highly reusable and structured component architectures.
Skills required to contribute:
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in web solution architecture and development.
- Profound proficiency in Angular, ReactJs, NextJS, VueJS, NUXTJs, NestJS, Mongodb, MySql, NodeJS, ES5/ES6, and TypeScript.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Exceptional problem-solving acumen and a knack for swift, well-informed decision-making.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating effective client interactions and internal team collaboration.
- Demonstrated success in creating and delivering solution architectures to clients.
- Remarkable analytical and technical skills to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions.
- Proven expertise in crafting clean architecture diagrams and solution engineering documents.
- Strong experience in Git and Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with the 12/15 Factor Principles, Saga Patterns, and Kafka.
