Healthcare Recruiters, also referred to as Human Resources Specialists, seek out qualified professionals to fill positions within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities shown on sample resumes in this field include researching and hiring qualified caregivers by completing telephonic interviews and in-person interviews and following through with background checks and the hiring process; and maintaining client and caregiver schedules while implementing improvements to the scheduling process to streamline the dissemination of information. Most Healthcare Recruiter positions require a bachelors degree and related work experience in sales or recruiting on the resumes of those interested.
