Company Description Muthoot Homefin (India) Limited (MHIL) is a Housing Finance Company registered with The National Housing Bank (NHB) and a subsidiary of Muthoot Finance Limited. MHIL aims to provide Affordable Housing Finance to economically weaker sections and low-income customer segments, focusing on first-time home buyers. Operating on a "Hub and Spoke" model with a centralized processing unit in Mumbai, MHIL emphasizes due diligence, efficiency, and productivity. Role Description Recommending / Conducting Property & Project Appraisal. Conducting Visit & Preparation of TSR for Project Technical. Ensuring compliance as per technical policy & process. To monitor construction progress for under construction property. Periodic circulation of Technical Visit MIS & MIS reports required from time to time. Monitoring of Technical OTC PDD & ensuring timely closure of the same. Update Property Base Rate Index. Recommending for update in negative / caution area list. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.,
