Job Description Drive overall Sales Performance and ensure Sales KPIs are met in addition to revenue targets. Ensure Processes are implemented and followed by all Team members Lead and manage a high-performance sales team, providing coaching and motivation. Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals and clients. Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand presence. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. Oversee showroom operations to ensure a seamless customer experience, with a luxury touch. Collaborate with internal teams for inventory planning, financing solutions, and after-sales support. Ensure adherence to brand standards, sales processes, and dealership guidelines. Ensure Processes are followed meticulously and best in Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (NPS) scores are achieved consistently The Ideal Candidate will have: 15-20 Years overall experience with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a premium automobile dealership, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets, implementing processes and leading successful teams. Must be polished, articulate, and adept at handling high-value clients with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. A deep understanding of luxury automotive sales, customer experience, and industry trends is crucial.
