About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Representatives to deliver outstanding support to our clients and their customers. This role involves resolving customer queries, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC)
Graduates/Undergraduates with at least 6 months of international voice process experience
Maximum employment gap of 3 months (strictly enforced)
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply
Shift Timings:
Flexible to work in UK (Afternoon), US (Night), or AUS (Early Morning) shifts
24/7 rotational shifts (any 9 hours and 30 minutes)
Salary:
Compensation will be finalized based on current/previous salary slips
Selection Process:
Typing Test: Minimum 30 WPM with 95% accuracy
Interview Rounds: HR, VNA (Voice & Accent), and Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer support across all communication channels
Resolve customer queries promptly and effectively
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Meet or exceed assigned performance and quality targets
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall process goals
