Key Responsibilities:
1. New to Bank Acquisition:
Acquire high-end current accounts through open market leads.
Achieve CASA targets monthly.
Ensure adherence to KYC & AML guidelines.
2. Customer Onboarding:
Smooth onboarding for seamless transition to branch banking.
3. Customer Activation:
Ensure account balances and transactions are maintained.
KPI targets: 80% AQB maintenance, 75% internet banking penetration, 50% DSB penetration.
4. Lead Generation:
Conduct activities to generate new leads.
5. Cross-Selling:
Engage in lead generation, customer enquiry.
Coordinate with Branch Manager and product teams to offer solutions (RBL, trade, FX, CMS/DSB, etc.).

Qualifications:
Minimum: Graduate
Preferred: MBA + IRDA qualified

Experience:
23 years in new-to-bank current account acquisition.
Preferably in SME segment.
Knowledge of commercial catchments and business segments.
Proficiency in local language is essential.

Good knowledge of Excel.
Basic understanding of Business Banking, Trade/FX (preferred).

Excellent written & verbal communication (English).
