- Job Summary: Zaps Group is seeking an ambitious and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology and product teams. The CTO will shape and execute our technology strategy, drive innovation, and ensure that all technical initiatives align with our business objectives. This role demands a unique blend of technical excellence, strategic foresight, and exceptional leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: : Develop and implement a forward-thinking technology roadmap that supports business growth and adapts to evolving industry trends. Identify and integrate emerging technologies that align with company goals. : Oversee the end-to-end development of digital products, ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-performance applications built using Java, Node.js, and other relevant technologies. : Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing tech team. Attract and retain top talent with expertise in Java, Node.js, and modern development frameworks. & : Establish and maintain a robust, secure, and scalable technology infrastructure. Champion best practices for cybersecurity, data protection, and system reliability. - : Partner closely with the executive team and other departments to drive innovation, align technology initiatives with business needs, and achieve strategic objectives. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven track record in senior technology leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar). Deep expertise in Java, Node.js, and scalable software architecture. Strong background in cloud computing, emerging technologies, and product development. Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Preferred: Experience in marketing, digital services, or technology-driven business models. Familiarity with MarTech, AI, data analytics, and CRM tools.
