Create visibility & drive agent recruitment while partnering with Zone Vice President, Regional Managers & Office Heads.
Recruitment funnel traction across branches in the zone
Identifying local sources of agent recruitment across zone to build Teams
Required Candidate profile
Post Graduate in management with at least 6-8 years of experience across functional areas like Marketing, Sales, Event Management preferably Banking, Insurance & Time Share Industry
Excellent interpersonal/presentation skills to manage relationships.
