Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality talent to meet business needs. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and supporting a seamless offer-to-joining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned business units, from requisition to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring timely feedback and a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage candidate pipeline in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining accurate records and status updates.
  • Negotiate offers and coordinate pre-joining formalities with selected candidates.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness to drive improvements.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or IT/tech-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Experience using ATS or recruitment management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
