Talent Mobility Information System (TMIS) Analyst @ Trianz

Job Description

• Maintain and update resource management data in RMIS tools and databases
• Generate periodic and ad hoc reports to support resource planning and decision-making
• Create and manage interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Excel or other tools (eg, Power BI/Tableau)
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide insights and recommendations to the team
• Support automation of recurring reporting tasks to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and Project Managers to gather reporting requirements
• Provide support during audits and data reconciliation processes
  

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in reporting and data management roles
• Proficient in Advanced Excel functions including pivot tables, macros, lookups, conditional formatting, data validation, and formulas
• Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard creation
• Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus
• Experience with automating reports using Excel VBA, Power Query, or other scripting tools is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Bachelors degree in a related field (eg, Business, IT, Statistics, or similar)Preferred Skills:Experience in a Resource Management or Workforce Planning environment
• Understanding of TMIS or similar systems and how they support business operations
