Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Analyst to join our Finance team in India. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Kannada and English and possess a foundational understanding of accounting operations, GST, SEZ/STPI compliance, and financial reporting. This role offers hands-on exposure to the day-to-day finance function and opportunities to contribute to strategic financial planning and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain financial records including accounts payable, receivable, bank statements, and invoices
File GST returns and handle ITC reconciliation (GSTR2B vs GSTR3B), and Books vs GST returns reconciliation
Ensure timely compliance with SEZ and STPI regulations
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies
Liaise with vendors, clients, auditors, and other internal/external stakeholders
Provide support during internal and statutory audits
Contribute to the improvement and implementation of financial systems and processes
Assist in executing financial strategies and operational efficiencies
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar finance role
Strong knowledge of financial principles, TDS, GST, and related compliances
Familiarity with SEZ/STPI compliance procedures is a must
Proficiency in Tally ERP and/or Oracle Fusion is highly desirable
Advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and fluency in Kannada and English
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Tally ERP / Oracle Fusion / Similar accounting platforms
Excel - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reconciliation Templates
