Job Title: Senior Manager Finance (Audits Taxation)

Location: Bengaluru

Position Overview: The Senior Manager Finance will lead the financial planning, Audit regulatory compliances Oversee Taxation Pricing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly book closure and group financials to ensure audit ready closure


• Monthly intercompany billing and balances


• Annual audits - Managing Internal audits, consolidated audits of the group under IFRS and standalone audits under local GAAP


• Tax audits, TP audits for India entity


• Transfer pricing compliances for group entities


• Overseeing Direct tax and Indirect tax compliances


• Periodic review of IFC and compliance to these controls


• Balance sheet and cash flow projections to investors/Banks/Internal consumption


• ESOP valuations, cost and compliances


• Oversee Investor reporting Managing strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: CA qualified candidates


• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in financial planning, Taxation Regulatory Compliances, Internal Audit, Group Audit, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, US and Indian Taxation, Transfer Pricing


• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Leadership: Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide insights that drive business decisions. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment preferred.


• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
