Working days- 6 days

Working shift- Rotational shift.

• Windows Server Administration
• Physical Server Management
• Backup Management
• Patch Management
• Exchange Server Management
• Hyper-V & VMware Management
• SAN/NAS Storage Management
• Strong Communication Skills for effective coordination with vendors.
• Group plocy ,
• Domain controller,
• LDAP , DNS,
• SAN,
• NAS protocols,
• virtual switch,
• Hypervisor, vmware, vsphere,
• backup, incremental

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). 

2-3 years of experience in system administration or IT support. 

Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems. 

Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking. 

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Monitor LAN/WAN connectivity and basic network troubleshooting. 

Assist in managing Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and file servers. 

Support email configurations (Office 365, Exchange, or G-Suite).

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues. 

Assist with password resets, account lockouts, and user access management. 

Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.
