Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Cloud Server Administrator to oversee and manage our cloud infrastructure and security operations. This role involves monitoring cloud servers, managing user access, supporting project teams, ensuring compliance with IT security standards, and troubleshooting technical issues across AWS and Azure environments.
Key Responsibilities:-
Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and availability, ensuring uptime and responsiveness.

Administer user accounts, access permissions, and audit access rights regularly.

Manage inventory, conduct vulnerability assessments, and ensure timely application of security patches and antivirus updates.

Track cloud service billing and budgeting; ensure cost-effective resource utilization.

Handle escalated user tickets and ensure timely closure of pending tickets.

Provide technical support to projects and coordinate resolutions of infrastructure issues.

Perform regular backups and restores based on predefined backup plans.

Ensure compliance with security standards such as ISMS, ISO, and GDPR.

Participate in designing, scaling, and maintaining secure cloud environments in line with organizational needs.

Assist internal auditors during regular audits; ensure audit reports and compliance documentation are up to date.

Stay updated with the latest technologies by attending relevant trainings and webinars.

Submit regular reports on server usage, resource consumption, and future infrastructure requirements.

Train and guide the support team to strengthen technical skills and improve service delivery.

Cloud Platforms:

AWS: Proficient in WAF, VPC, Security Groups, IAM, Firewall, CloudTrail

Azure: Strong knowledge of NSG, Azure Security Center, DevOps pipelines, Azure AD, and related services

Infrastructure & Tools:

Windows/Unix servers

Active Directory (AD)

Backup tools and encryption technologies

Antivirus and endpoint protection solutions

General Proficiency:

Cloud storage and resource usage tracking

Ticketing tools and support processes

Technical issue troubleshooting and documentation

Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISMS, ISO, GDPR)

Ensure availability, scalability, and performance of all cloud and on-premise servers.

Maintain a secure IT infrastructure aligned with industry best practices.

Provide cross-location technical support and knowledge sharing.

Monitor and manage server usage metrics; proactively plan for capacity upgrades.

Foster continuous learning and development within the team.
