. 6+ years in frontend (ReactJS/NextJs) & backend (Node.js) development.
. 3+ years of hands-on Node.js (Express/NestJS).
. Strong expertise in MongoDB, RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Redis, ElasticSearch.
. Experience in RESTful APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems.
. Leadership experience mentoring teams, code reviews, and agile delivery.

. Experience on PHP(Laravel framework) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team while contributing as an individual developer on live cloud-based apps.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy new features in React & Node.js applications.
• Ensure best practices (TDD, CI/CD, code readability, scalability).
• Optimize backend performance (DB queries, caching, API latency).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, AWS/GCP.
• Knowledge of mobile app development (React Native).
