Identify customer needs and preferences to offer tailored SIM card plans and services, aiming to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Address and resolve customer issues and complaints related to SIM card services, ensuring prompt and effective solutions to enhance retention.
Role & responsibilities
Suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales and
retention process.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales
skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills.
