Design and manage structured onboarding programs.
Ensure new hires are culturally aligned and productive early on.
Create and manage onboarding plans to ensure employee integration.
Manage the exit interview process and offboarding documentation.
Performance Management
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (OKRs, KPIs, etc.).
Work with managers to create performance improvement plans (PIPs).
Use HR analytics to identify trends and address gaps.
Employee Engagement & Retention
Design and implement engagement initiatives (surveys, events, wellness).
Create career development and learning opportunities.
Address attrition through feedback analysis and retention strategies.
Employee Relations
Address employee relations issues, including complaints, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
Promote a positive working environment by mediating disputes and implementing employee engagement strategies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Culture Building & Change Management
Design and implement initiatives to build a positive and inclusive company culture.
Lead change management efforts related to restructuring, digital transformation, or mergers/acquisitions.
Act as a culture ambassador, modeling the companys core values and behaviors.
Policy Development & Compliance
Draft and update HR policies in line with labor laws.
Ensure organizational compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., ESI, PF, POSH).
Training & Development
Plan and manage technical and soft-skills training programs.
Use HRMS to track employee progress.
Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations
Act as a mediator in workplace disputes.
Conduct investigations and manage disciplinary processes professionally.
HR Strategy & Planning
Align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and budget management.
HR Technology & Automation
Leverage HRIS systems (e.g., GreytHR, SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People, BambooHR).
Automate routine HR tasks for efficiency.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare dashboards and reports on key HR metrics (turnover, time-to-hire, etc.).
Present findings to leadership for data-driven decisions.
