Job Description
Nokiais looking for passionate Software Development Engineers to support cloud-basedautomation solutions for Nokia RAN Services.
Youwill be a member of a team working on Radio Access Network Design to developand test the automation solutions. You will have an opportunity to work in ITand telecommunications application domains. You will work in a flexible,collaborative and friendly agile environment with the most advanced cloud-basedmethodologies and technologies.
The Python Developer is expected to:- Understand complex software systems in order to Design, Develop, Test and Deploy new features and maintain Enterprise level web applications using Python and cloud native technologies.
- Be able to interact and work with Multi-site development teams
- Be able to assess work complexity and be able to update own and overall project progress
- Be assertive and pro-active in responding to queries or proposing product improvements
- Have a continuous improvement and learning drive
- Proactive to identify and drive technical and team processes and practices improvements
- Be a team player
Required Qualification and E xperience
- Bachelor or Master degree in CSE/ECE/EEE/EI/IT with 6+ years of work experience
- Expert Full Stack Web developer in developing Web Applications using Flask and Python
- Expert in HTML, CSS, Javascript, Vue.js, Node.js, or similar JS flavors
- Strong Experience in databases including MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle
- Strong Experience of Unit Testing techniques and methodologies
- Strong experience using Agile Methodologies
- Strong OOP and OOAD experience: design principles and patterns
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Strong Expertise in Software Source Code Management Systems including CI/CD processes and tools
- Strong background in Linux/Unix
- Good understanding of AWS or OpenStack cloud architecture
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of security and privacy principles
- Understanding and experience with Java and JavaScript is a plus
- Domain knowledge of Telecommunications Network Design and Data Build is a plus
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
