Product Sales Executive @ AIT Global

Job Description

About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic Product Sales Executive to drive sales and revenue growth for our HRMS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, particularly in HR technology, and will be responsible for acquiring new business, building key relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our HRMS products to potential clients.

You will be doing:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to target mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Present and demonstrate HRMS products to prospective clients, tailoring presentations to their specific needs.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, including contract negotiations and closing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitors to position the product effectively.

Required Skills (Minimum knowledge, Skills and abilities to enter the job):

• Minimum 2 years in software sales, preferably in HR technology.
• Proven success in meeting sales targets and growing revenue.
• Strong understanding of HRMS products and trends in HR technology.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with C-suite and HR professionals.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, performance management).
• Experience in HR tech sales or account management is a plus.
