Desired Candidate Profile
-Responsible for Sourcing profiles through various Job Portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIN.- Should have good experience with job postings, search strings, mass emails, referencing, Vendor contacts and relationship building for future requirements, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should have good understanding of IT requirements
- Contacting candidates and qualifying them on skills vs experience, the area of Interest, geographic location in the US
- Should have very good knowledge of various US work visa types etc.
- Complete analysis of candidates current / previous project and responsibility undertaken per project.
- Building good rapport with each candidate for long-term association
- Salary/ rate negotiations with potential candidates
- Coordinating interviews on call for the shortlisted candidates
- Appropriate paperwork to be done before on boarding the candidate (background verification)
- Meeting daily & weekly targets by submitting quality candidate
- Sending daily performance report to the Account/ Recruitment Manager
Education:
UG: B.Com - Commerce, B.Sc - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
