Location: Hyderabad Onsite

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven **Domestic IT Recruiter Contract Staffing professional to join our talent acquisition team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for contract positions with clients across various industries within India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions for contract IT roles.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and referrals.
- Screen candidates via phone/video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate contract terms, rates, and joining dates with candidates.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for quick turnaround hiring.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients for long-term engagement.
- Keep track of recruitment metrics such as submittals, interviews, and closures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment, preferably in contract staffing.
- Strong understanding of various IT technologies, job roles, and market trends.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal ATS.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
