Job Description
- Backend Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems to support AI and ML applications.
- Implement APIs and services to integrate AI models with frontend applications and other services.
Ensure scalability, performance, and security of backend systems.
- Big Data Solutions:
Work with large-scale data processing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) , CRMs (Salesforce), Databases (Postgres, MongoDB) to handle massive datasets.
Develop and optimize data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, - processing, and storage.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple sources and formats.
- Machine Learning:
- Develop, train, and deploy traditional machine learning models for various applications.
- Perform data analysis and feature engineering to improve model performance.
- Continuously monitor and refine models based on performance metrics.
- Generative AI Knowledge Base Solutions:
Design and implement generative AI models for knowledge base creation and maintenance.
Develop systems to integrate generative AI with existing knowledge management platforms.
Optimize generative models for high-quality, relevant output in knowledge base contexts.
- Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members.
- Research and Innovation:
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and big data technologies.
Conduct research to explore new methodologies and technologies that can enhance our products.
Drive innovation by proposing and implementing novel solutions to complex problems.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Need to have experience in data analytics, descriptive analytics and predictive analytics
- Need to have experience with regression/classification models: Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest,
- Neural Networks and ML Models
- Need to have experience coding in Python, R, SQL, Java, C and C++
- Experience using AI/ML tools available from cloud service providers like AWS/AZURE/GCP including TensorFlow, SageMaker and Azure ML
- Should have worked on latest LLM models.
- Experience with Data Modeling and Visualization
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development
- Proven track record of supporting global clients or internal stakeholders in data science projects.
- Technical knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI), image processing and/or video analytics
- Good understanding of the latest research and technologies in Artificial Intelligence
- Experience of working across multiple geographic borders and time zones
- Outstanding spoken and written communication skills: able to deal confidently, tactfully and appropriately with people of different disciplines and at all levels of the organization
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience
- Able to build strong relationships with multiple global stakeholders quickly via virtual tools, listen, understand and respond to any concerns.
- Comfortable working within a large and complex environment with multiple stakeholders
and interest groups. Ability to motivate and influence others to achieve results.
Qualification:
Graduation/Post-graduation in Computers / Engineering / Statistics from a reputed Institute.
