Job Description:

• Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP
• O365 Emails, SharePoint, and Teams administration
• Email security and Email trace.
• Server/System Backup and recovery
• Desktop support Windows troubleshooting, hardware, and network troubleshooting
• Outlook configuration and troubleshooting
• Azure VM and backup services
• Firewall management and Networking.
• Wi-Fi router, switch, Lan, and wan configuration
• Antivirus and Endpoint protection management
• NAS configuration
• Basic understanding about VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
• ITIL / ITSM tool knowledge such as JIRA, Service Now, Manage Engine (any tool is fine)
• Monitoring Server / application skill.
• Experience in license renewal and software purchase.

Any certification such as MCSE or Azure Admin Certification will be given advantage
