Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sourcing Non Tech Talent Across - Field Sales , Inside Sales
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Pitching the Brand`s EVP to potential Candidates
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
Ability to chase hiring targets and drive closures within TAT`s

Preferred candidate profile

MBA in HR with a solid HR internship Experience (Freshers are welcome to apply)
Good Knowhow of Ms Excel basics
Good and Fluent Communication Skills
