About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead testing efforts, and drive continuous improvement in our QA processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of software applications.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to identify potential issues early in the development process and contribute to improving the overall product quality.

• Conduct thorough manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, to identify and document defects effectively.

• Perform root cause analysis on defects and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution and prevent their recurrence.

• Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our QA efforts.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to quality assurance and testing and apply relevant advancements to our QA processes.

• Collaborate with the QA team to create and maintain a comprehensive test environment, ensuring it accurately reflects the production environment.
