Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Technology Sales Executive to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. This role is designed for individuals with a strong interest in technology sales who are ready to take ownership of client relationships, understand customer pain points, and offer tailored tech solutions that deliver real business value.
Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Sales Ownership : Manage the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, qualification, product demos, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
  • Lead Generation : Identify and engage potential clients through outbound efforts (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, events).
  • Client Engagement : Understand client needs and propose appropriate technology solutions in alignment with company offerings.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos : Conduct product walkthroughs and technical presentations in coordination with pre-sales or technical teams.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools; track all activities, opportunities, and outcomes.
  • Proposal & Contract Management : Prepare and present commercial proposals; manage pricing discussions and contractual processes.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company strategy.
  • Reporting : Provide regular updates on sales activity, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B technology sales or related customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in handling client meetings and presentations.
  • Good understanding of the technology domain (SaaS, Cloud, IT Solutions, etc. ).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to close deals.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN, MEDDIC, or Solution Selling.
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Exposure to industries such as FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, or IT services.
