Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java 8 and Spring Boot.
  
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and Microservices architectures.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
  
• Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as required.
  

Must-Have Skills:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Java/J2EE and Java 8
  
• 6+ years of practical experience in Spring Boot
  
• 6+ years of experience developing and consuming Microservices and RESTful APIs
  
• Good understanding of basic SQL for querying and data manipulation
  
• Familiarity with basic Unix commands for log analysis and deployment support
  
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days/week from client office)
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to Agile methodologies and ceremonies
  
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools is a plus
