As a part of team of developers, you will deliver technology stack, using strong analytical and problem solving skills to understand the business requirements and deliver quality solutions
To be successful as a Software Engineer you should have experience with:
Experience in Java development with strong understanding of Object Oriented Design using Java and Experience in Java 1
8, strong working experience in Java/JEE, Spring boot, Agile & DevOps enabled projects and design skills
Strong experience in Java/J2ee, Spring Framework, Middle-ware development, Java 8 features
experience building application over AWS cloud using AWS cloud native services like Step Function, Lambda, AWS SDK, AWS CLI, Dynamo DB, AWS Serverless
, ECS, Terraform
Hands on experience on developing REST API
Working knowledge of Enterprise tools like Kibana, Jira, Confluence, AppDynamics, Bitbucket
Exposure to DevOps Jenkins, Gradle, Maven, GitHub, Bitbucket, Openshift
Strong technical background with detail driven and excellent problem solving abilities Presentation skills and aptitude to learn tools/apps/processes/domains
Ability to articulate thoughts spoken/written with teams and do proper status reporting and estimations

Hands-on experience in delivering end to end value addition

Good technical plus ability to drive technical discussion and decision

This role is based out of Pune
Purpose of the role
To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues
Accountabilities
Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools
Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance
Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives
Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing
Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organizations technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth
Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions
Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability

Takes responsibility for end results of a teams operational processing and activities
Escalate breaches of policies / procedure appropriately
