Job Description

Conceive new products in IVR and SMS domain for domestic and international clients
In charge of all promotional and engagement verbiages for the sales team
Delivery of sms services
Technical testing of new products / sms content
Technical testing of new products / IVR recording / flow / OBD recordings
Coordination and ideation of new sms content
Creation of concept notes for all mobile products
Creation of product notes for all mobile products
Creating presentations
Reporting / MIS creation and analysis
Content acquisition
Data mining
Market and competitor analysis and implement the learning in the product
Appreciation of profitability of products Skills:
Subject matter knowledge
Good communication skill both written and verbal
Creative mind and urge to innovate
Excellent ability to coordinate with people
Discipline of deadlines
Ability to resolve conflict/prioritize task Education qualification:
Graduate with MBA from recognised university preferred
Experience in VAS and ecommerce industry will be help
