Job Description

We are seeking a skilledEcommerce Analyst to design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines andanalytical reports for our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate willleverage data from multiple sources, including GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktokand others, to deliver actionable insights and drive business growth, with astrong emphasis on using Power BI for reporting and Snowflake.

Bachelor degree in computer science, DataScience, Statistics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in data engineering, dataanalysis, or a similar role, preferably in e-commerce.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in SQL and Python (or R) for dataextraction, transformation, and analysis.

- Strong experience with Snowflake, DBT data modelling,Dagster and ETL/ELT processes.

- Advanced proficiency in Power BI for creatinginteractive dashboards and reports.

- Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, MetaS2S, and Braze Marketing APIs.

- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker...)for reporting and visualization.

- Experience with cloud platforms and dataintegration tools; familiarity with Google BigQuery or AWS is a plus.

- Experience with e-commerce analytics, includingfunnel analysis, cohort analysis, and attribution modelling.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillswith a keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills to translatetechnical insights into business recommendations.

- Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and responsibilities:

Data Pipeline Development:

- Build,optimize, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake to integratedata from diverse sources (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Meta S2S, Braze, etc.)into a centralized data warehouse.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliabilityacross all data sources.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Develop and automate interactive dashboards andreports using Power BI to monitor e-commerce KPIs (e.g., conversion rates,ROAS, customer acquisition costs).

- Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover trends,customer behaviour, and campaign performance.

- Provide actionable recommendations to optimizemarketing strategies and improve ROI.

Data Integration & Transformation:

- Work with APIs and server-to-server (S2S)integrations to collect and process data from platforms like Meta, Google, andBraze.

- Transform raw data into structured formats foranalysis using SQL, Python, or similar tools, leveraging Snowflake forefficient data processing.
