Cloud Engineer @ Verint Systems

Role Purpose :

The Cloud Engineer plays a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on optimizing cloud environments, ensuring high availability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient solutions.

KEY SKILLS AND PERSON SPECIFICATION

Industry Specific :

• 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering.


• Previous experience in network, system engineering or infrastructure roles.

Specific Qualifications and Accreditations :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience. (*Region specific, NA for US).


• Mid-level cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud is a plus [DD1] .


• Professional Cloud Architect is a plus.

Environment :

• Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.

Product/Technical :

• Proficiency in cloud services and deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)


• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).


• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
