Senior Software Engineer @ Quadrant Technologies

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric implementation and migration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and migrating data and analytics workloads to Microsoft Fabric, modernizing fragmented D&A environments, and building scalable, cloud-native analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end implementation of Microsoft Fabric for enterprise data & analytics modernization.

Analyze existing Synapse, Power BI, Azure Data Lake, and legacy platforms for migration feasibility.

Design and develop Data Pipelines, Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, Real-time Analytics using Fabric.

Define and build a Common Data Model for unified reporting across business units.

Migrate datasets, models, and dashboards from Synapse, SSAS, AAS, and other sources to Fabric.

Support cut-over, post-migration validation, and production stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Factory, Real-time Analytics, OneLake, Power BI Direct Lake).

Proven track record of migration from Synapse, Databricks, SSAS, Power BI datasets, Azure SQL, etc. to Fabric.

Deep understanding of Data Modeling, ETL/ELT Pipelines, and Data Integration using Fabric.

Experience in ARM templates, Meta Configurations, and Fabric Governance policies.

Familiarity with Power BI architecture and optimization for Fabric.

Strong knowledge of Azure ecosystem (Data Lake, ADF, Synapse, Security, DevOps).
