Job Description

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in collection recovery.
Proven experience in debt recovery, collection, and team handling.
Strong understanding of ROR (Return on Revenue), DRR (Daily Run Rate), and NPA (Non-Performing Assets) management.
Lead and manage a team of Debt Recovery Agents to achieve collection targets.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
Excellent leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
