Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Relationship Manager to strengthen and manage relationships with clinics and healthcare providers within our network. This is a field-based role requiring regular interaction with onboarded clinics, lead generation, and indirect revenue contribution. Candidates with a two-wheeler and experience in insurance or health insurance will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new healthcare partners.

• Identify and onboard potential clinics and healthcare providers to expand the network.

• Generate leads and drive indirect revenue through strategic partnerships.

• Act as a liaison between company and its clients, ensuring seamless operations and support.

• Guide clinics in maximizing their engagement with company services.

• Regularly conduct field visits to enhance partnerships and resolve operational challenges.

• Monitor key performance metrics to optimize relationship outcomes and revenue generation.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth service delivery.

• Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, or sales preferably in healthcare, insurance, or health-tech sectors.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare providers, clinics, and insurance services.

• Proven track record in lead generation and revenue growth.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

• Mandatory: Ownership of a two-wheeler for field visits.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
