Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Chemist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting chemical analysis, ensuring product quality, and supporting the development of innovative solutions for our manufacturing processes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and non-routine chemical analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods for quality control and assurance.
• Support production processes by providing chemical expertise and troubleshooting assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of tests, analyses, and experiments in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and improve manufacturing processes and product formulations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and health regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for audits and inspections.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Train and mentor junior staff on laboratory techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
• FDA- Dehradun/Delhi Approved certificate (Mandatory)
