Recommend process improvements for high quality, cost effectiveness and excellent customer services. The job holder is required for preparation of time and action calendar for each order from order receiving to shipment. The job schedule contains list of tasks to be processed for the styles. Against each tasks planner mentions when to start a task and what is dead line for that task. Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Sales & Marketing/Vendor Development New customer code creation in Ekayan Field Rectification Sale Order. Market development in South KRA2 Purchase & PO Generation Ontime/Advance delivery of material inline with production plan. Item code creation for New Development-Die tooling/Extrusion Items. PO Generations- Raw material/ service receipt/SKD supplies Sales Order Booking, Sales Order Diversion, Sales Order Release. Dispatch Coordination with Renukoot, Hirakud and Alupuram Plants. Purchase Order booking for raw material/service receipt from all the Different Plants & local suppliers/ Transporters(Local & HIL Plant )/ Die tooling supplier/uniform supplier/Job worker PO(Fitwel) GRN for all the raw material/service receipt including all transporters/die tooling/uniform supply Job Work Delivery Challan to Job worker. Providing Put to Use Certificate to accounts Daily stock verification (Raw material) along with Fitwel Arranging Material for other CV Business Customers/Projects. Inbound & Outbound supply chain synchronization. Inventory management. Pricing support. OD follow-up. KRA3 Purchase & Stores Move Order and Transact Move Order for all the Material Item Purchase Daily Inventory receive from Fitwel in System, FG Allocation, Sale Order Booking for Customers. Providing monthly data to accounts for metal reconciliation Sending rejections back to Renukoot after coordination with concerned persons from plant KRA4 Logistic Invoice Generation for TML/SPD /Field rectification material & Other OEMS after receiving delivery challan from Fitwel Eway Bill & ASN generation for all the invoice Dispatch Planning based on dispatch plan- Coordination with TML/Fitwel Arrange Freight Quotation & Vehicle for any Long Dispatch. Freight Optimization. KRA5 New Product Development Support Identifying new sources to support customer new requirements. Supporting MFG & NPD team regarding new purchases & new BOP developments Qualifications: Bachelor Of Technology Minimum Experience Level: 12-13 Years Report to: Manager,
