    ERP analysts assist with developing and maintaining a company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. By customizing and configuring the workflow, the analyst can ensure proper integration of the server/client application Required Skills: I. Strong Communication Skills II. Client Side Training and Implementation III. Client Side support to all Employee IV. Act as bridge between Client & Support Team of ERP. V. Basic SQL Knowledge of understanding Queries VI. Knowledge in Accounts apprenticeship New requirement understand & send to Developer.

    • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until theyve solved a technical issue

    • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
    • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
    • Ensure all issues are properly logged
    • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
    • Prepare accurate and timely reports
    • excellent problem-solving and communication skills

    ` Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
