Job Description
Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Fresher)
Experience: 0-6 Months
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Shift Timings: 9:30 PM 6:30 AM IST (Night Shift US Time Zone)
About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and ambitious freshers to join our dynamic US Recruitment team. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing technical professionals in contract or full-time positions with our clients across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate interest and fit.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Update and manage candidate information on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Willingness to work night shifts (9:30 PM 6:30 AM IST).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of the US staffing process is a plus (training will be provided).
- Quick learner and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
