Job Description
About The Role :Key Responsibilities :- Design and implement robust agentic frameworks to enable intelligent task automation, decision-making, and seamless integration into enterprise systems.- Develop scalable RAG pipelines to enhance model retrieval efficiency, ensuring precise and contextually relevant outputs across diverse applications.- LLM Fine-Tuning Fine-tune and customize large language models (LLMs) like GPT-4, BERT, or similar for domain-specific tasks and improve performance for specialized use cases.- Deploy machine learning models in production environments and continuously optimize for scalability, latency, and accuracy.- Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable Python code for machine learning model development, deployment, and system integration.- Monitor the health and performance of deployed systems, identify issues, and implement solutions to maintain reliability and accuracy.- Work with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals and deliver impactful solutions.- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, contributing to research and experimentation with emerging technologies and methodologies.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing agentic frameworks and RAG pipelines.- Strong proficiency in Python programming, with expertise in ML/DL libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.- Proven ability to fine-tune pre-trained LLMs (e., GPT, BERT) for specific applications.- In-depth knowledge of NLP techniques, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning architectures.- Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.- Knowledge of vector databases (e., Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate) and search frameworks for efficient data retrieval.Desired Skills :- Experience in designing and deploying RESTful APIs for ML model serving.- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, or CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.- Knowledge of graph-based data processing and integration techniques.- Familiarity with transformer-based architectures like BERT, RoBERTa, T5, and GPT series.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.- Exceptional communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Apply
