-Develop and oversee the technical communication strategy, ensuring alignment with product development lifecycles
-Establish and enforce standards, guidelines, and processes for technical content creation and management
-Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product managers, developers, testers, and support executives, to understand their needs and advocate for effective technical communication
-Lead and mentor a team of technical writers, providing guidance and training
-Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and clarity of technical content across the assigned product/product family
-Evaluate and implement technical writing tools and technologies to improve efficiency and quality
-Contribute to streamlining technical writing processes to reduce bottlenecks and improve turnaround times
-Participate in tracking key performance indicators related to technical communication to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
-Develop deep domain and product knowledge, and train the team on it
